Facilities like pick up and drop are there but the salaries less when compared to some good companies.
Work environment is ok someone changed it into dirty politics.You will stagnate in one place for some time and growth is very slow. If you are a startup and willing to do any for experience then do it otherwise wait for some good time and join in a better company.
